The park view was exceptionally good. The room was attractive and beautiful. Having a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a big plus. The check-in was friendly. The atmosphere was quiet overall. Getting wake-up service free of charge was not bad. The location in a great area was marvelous. There were a bakery and stores nearby.

i have nothing to say. it was all good and nice very much, i was having in trouble only the access of trams & trains, because we need to walk a bit distance, my kids wasnt really happy, they would like the location where in the trams straight away in front of the main door of the apartment...however it was all bloody good!

No car parking - would not have booked if known - my company pre paid by credit card and I had to argue with hotel staff and had to use my own credit card to pay which was ridiculous when you already had my companys card detail when book - hotel staff very rude about it

Great Location! Walking distance to major attractions and a fantastic coffee shop nearby. The rooms were spacious and had good amenities such as a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The customer service was not up to par. The receptionist gave us a parking spot that we had booked weeks ago, only to ask us to move later to an inferior spot.

I don't like that I gave u my credit card details and yet you still charged me $50 on arrival for bond. Which I was informed I will not get back for 10 days. I found this ridiculous and have not come across that in any hotel I have ever stayed in before.

We loved this town hotel. The food was great. The staff were very pleasant. The service here was excellent. The location was amazing, close to a national sports museum. Was rang and told we had 2queen size beds when told that this was not ok as we were 3 elderly ladies we were told we could have a fold out bed we declined this too and were told very sharply that we had not chosen what we needed ,I thought we had and as I was out and did not have my reservation with me I could not argue at the time ,on getting home I checked and was right we had booked queen and twin which was on your email .We had a lovely time and will use you again
